Over the last three years, the company has steadily grown. Our priority was to develop team and individual skills to enable a flexible and agile team. JMG had been working on a project to capture the current and future skills, and due to the project's complexity, we recognised that we needed external experience and support.

We identified a complex role within the business that required a demanding skill set. Finding the right person for this role presented us with a challenge - we had specific criteria that could be tricky to meet.
